800-meter run,
75 push-ups,
1200-meter run,
50 push-ups,
1600-meter run,
25 push-ups,
2000-meter run
If you’re doing this alone and feel good, then attempt it, or start scaling down and cutting the reps.
you can also do this partner style and just add you total distance each run.
ie. 800 m run would be two of you 400
