OPTION #1
For time:
Push sled 100ft between each exercise. (135 Pounds)
100x Squats
100x Push-ups
100x Sit-ups
100x Burpees
OPTION #2
EMOM for 20 minutes:
Set up two barbells:
First minute – 5x Hang snatch (start at 50% 1RM, add some weight as you continue)
Second minute – 2x Front squat + 1x Shoulder to overhead (use 70-80% C&J 1RM)
