this month some of our gym members are participating in the 3000 month burpee challenge

you do not have to do it by any means, but if you’d like to join, just ask.

it can be done all reps at once, or broken up throughout the day.

the most effective way is to go for 100 a day, but we’re three days in, so there’s still time to catch up.

The great thing about this challenge is, if you miss a day at the gym… you still have 100 burpees under you belt for that day.
