Walking lunges: 4×8 per leg w/ dumbbells 25-50lbs per hand women/65-100lbs per hand men
CONDITIONING FOR 3 ROUNDS:
PAIR UP FOR HEAVY SLED PUSHES, AS A TEAM, PUSH THE SLED UP AND BACK ON THE SLED RUN, EACH PERSON MUST GO UP AND BACK!!
HEAVY IS BEST, AFTER EACH PUSH UP AND BACK DO THE FOLLOWING AS A TEAM:
15 PUSHUPS
15 AIR SQUATS
RUN 400
