Strength training classes will be offered as a regular group programmed class. Conditioning will be offered during this class but only as low intensity work capacity. The focal point of strength class is Instruction on the four basic barbell movements of the Back Squat, Shoulder Press, Dead-lift, and Bench Press as well as the pull up. These five movements along with complimentary accessory work will help an individual to increase physical strength. The class will follow a simple and progressive linear program.
