Crossfit Bishop created this program for those who wish to get a workout in but have the need to heavily modify, or scale, their respective workouts. The programming method continues to follow that of the Crossfit Methodology by remaining constantly varied in nature. Members attending this program can so due to age, a disability, or being a beginner to the Crossfit method. New comers to Crossfit Bishop who need extra time to master the movements, without the pressure of classes with more experienced athletes, can use this time to build their confidence, and master their techniques.
